Since the year 2000, more than a thousand runners and walkers have successfully gone the distance through programs created by Coach Steve Sumner. Beginners and veteran runners alike have not only accomplished what they have set out to do, but finished with the desire to do it again. Whether running marathons is your passion, or something you've only dreamed about, Pacers Running Co. Marathon Training Programs are made just for you. A fun, knowledgeable staff and tons of new training partners are looking forward to training with you for the next great event.
Pacers Running Co. Marathon Training Programs meet each Saturday for a group long run. Additional workouts are outlined in an event specific PRC Marathon Training Guide which is included with sign-up. Additional training may be done on your own or with teammates at other PRC Group Training Runs. In addition, all athletes recieve a technical training shirt and a 10% discount at Pacers Running Co. Specialty Running Store.
