MAMMOTH LAKES ADULT RUNNING CAMP

If you are passionate about running, having fun, and learning new things from leaders in the industry, there is no better place to be this summer than Pacers Running Co. Mammoth Lakes Adult Running Camp.  Spend a full week training on some of the most scenic trails in California with Running Legend Rod Dixon, Olympic Medallist and winner of the 1983 New York City Marathon.  Hear first hand about his legendary New York City Marathon victory,  Bronze Medal performace in the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, as well as his two Bronze Medal performances in the World Cross-Country Championships. 

Registration Fee:
$495 payable to Pacers Running Co.  Completed forms and payment should be mailed to Pacers Running Co. P.O. Box 442  Chino Hills Ca.  by July 31, 2007.

To maximize sleeping arangements and to maintain the affordability of this camp, men and women will have separate sleeping arangements.  

Meals:
3 meals per day will be provided as part of the all inclusive package.  The menu will specifically address the nutritional needs of the endurance athletes.

Transportation:
Transportation will be provided from Pacers Running Co. Retail Running Store,  13788 Roswell Ave. in Chino.  Vans depart Sunday, August 12 at 8:00 a.m. and return Saturday August 18.

Rod Dixon, a true running legend and "the most versitile athlete in the past quarter century" according to Runners World Magazine.  Amongst the best in the world in all distances from 800 meters to the marathon, the only thing more impressive is his passion for helping others to enjoy the sport he loves.  800 Meter - 1:47, Mile 3:53, 5K - 13:17, 10K - 28:11, Marathon 2:08:59.
